A stream waterway running underneath a commercial office building needed soil stabilization.

Solution:

Divert water, inject polymer into sides of wall, etc. Provide soil stabilization, concrete lifting, void filling, bulkhead scour remediation and back-sealing along theLititz Run concrete channel bulkheads using hydro-insensitive geo-polymer. Lift sidewalks and bridge approach slabsand fill voids below.
