Challenge:

Leak in chilled water pipe in manhole vault.

Solution:

Injection of polymer grout at (2) chilled water pipe penetrations In manhole vault, (6) CHW pipe  penetrations at Butterfly Valve vault, and (2) Chilled water pipes buried outside Existing CUP building to fill  voids immediately below these pipes as directed by the construction company. The eight penetrations through vault/manholes will be installed from within the vault/manholes, the 2 Pipes at the Exist. CUP building will  be injected at depth from mulched area immediately outside the CUP building.

Sealed infrastructure and stabilized pipe
